Venäjän miehittämästä Itä-Ukrainasta ammuttu kranaatti osui torstaina aamulla päiväkotiin Ukrainan hallitsemalla alueella itäisessä Ukrainassa.
Sosiaalisessa mediassa kiertävissä Ukrainan viranomaisten jakamissa kuvissa ja videolla (alla) näytetään päiväkodin musiikkihuoneen tuhoa ja kranaattien osumia päiväkodin pihalla.
Ukrainan sodasta jo vuosia raportoineen Buzzfeedin toimittaja Christopher Millerin Twitterissä jakamien tietojen mukaan kaksi päiväkodin opettajaa loukkaantui lievästi. Paikalla kerrotaan olleen myös lapsia, mutta uhreilta säästyttiin. Päiväkodin väki pakeni keskitystä rakennuksen kellariin.
Ukrainan ulkoministeri Dmytro Kuleba kommentoi tapahtunutta jyrkästi torstaina iltapäivällä. Hän syytti Venäjää.
– Ukrainan Stanytsia Luhanskan kylää ammuttiin raskailla aseilla Donbassin miehitetyltä alueelta. Siviilirakennuksia vaurioitui. Vaadimme kaikkia kumppaneita tuomitsemaan pikaisesti tämän Venäjän vakavan Minskin sopimusten rikkomuksen jo valmiiksi kireässä turvallisuustilanteessa, Kuleba tviittasi.
